Especially 4U Event Planning – Rental Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Especially 4U Event Planning for your event rental needs. To ensure a
smooth experience, please review the following rental terms and conditions.

1. Rental Period

  • Standard rental period is up to 24 hours unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Extended rentals may be arranged in advance for an additional fee.

2. Payment & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve rental items.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 48 hours before the event date.

  • Accepted forms of payment: cash, Zelle, PayPal, or credit card.

3. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery and pickup services are available for an additional fee, based on distance and order size.
  • Client must ensure the delivery location is accessible at the agreed-upon time.
  • If the location is not ready, an additional waiting fee may apply.

4. Tables & Chairs

  • All items must be returned in good condition.
  • Client is responsible for any damage, loss, or missing items.
  • Replacement fees will be charged for broken, missing, or damaged items.

5. Linens

  • Normal laundering is included in the rental fee.
  • Linens must be free of wax, burns, permanent stains, and tears.
  • Replacement fees will be charged for linens returned with damage beyond normal use.

6. Tents

  • Client is responsible for confirming proper space, ground conditions, and permits (if required) before setup.
  • Especially 4U Event Planning will not be responsible for underground utility damage if proper site information is not provided.
  • Tents must not be altered, decorated with items that could cause damage, or exposed to open flames.
  • Replacement/repair fees will apply for torn fabric, bent frames, or weather-related damage due to misuse.

7. Responsibility & Liability

  • Client assumes full responsibility for all rented items from the time of delivery until pickup/return.
  • Especially 4U Event Planning is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by misuse of rental items.

8. Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date to avoid additional charges.
  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward a future booking (within 6 months).
  • Changes to rental orders must be made at least 72 hours before the event and are subject to availability.
